We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant. Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service. / 监督餐厅日常运作,确保服务顺畅高效。
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams to achieve high standards of performance. / 带领、培训并激励服务及厨房团队,确保高效运作和优质服务。
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly. / 处理顾客意见与投诉,及时并专业地解决问题。
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed. / 确保食品质量、卫生与安全标准严格执行。
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier orders to maintain profitability. / 监督库存、成本控制及供应商订货,确保盈利能力。
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours. / 制定员工排班表,确保高峰时段人手充足。
- Assist in marketing, event planning, and promotion of restaurant offerings. / 协助餐厅市场推广、活动策划及餐饮促销。
- Report to management on operational performance and suggest improvements. / 向管理层汇报营运情况并提出改进建议。
Requirements / 任职要求
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field. / 拥有酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业文凭 / 学位。Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Chinese restaurant. / 至少三年餐厅管理经验,有中餐厅经验者优先。Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. / 具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力与问题解决能力。Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments. / 能够在高压及快节奏的工作环境中工作。Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written). / 需具备良好的中文、英文及马来文听说读写能力。High level of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism. / 具有高度责任感、纪律性及专业精神。#J-18808-Ljbffr
