Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, managing account renewals, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and client management skills
• Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare services or experience in the medical field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant software tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred
