Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Sales, Member Relations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our valued members. In this vital role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring member satisfaction, and facilitating meaningful engagement within our community. Key Responsibilities
- Member Support & Engagement : Serve as the first point of contact for all member inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and accurate information via phone, email, and in-person.
- Proactively engage with members to understand their needs, identify opportunities for enhanced service, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Assist members with navigating organisational resources, programs, and services.
- Further improve, execute and maintain member retention and loyalty.
- Event & Program Support : Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of member events, workshops, and programs.
- Support member registration processes and provide on-site assistance during events.
- Help promote member-exclusive opportunities.
- Administrative & Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database (CRM).
- Process new member applications, renewals, and related administrative tasks.
- Generate reports on member engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Manage member correspondence and documentation efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Programmes, Operations) to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).1-2 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or member support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Strong active listening skills and empathy.Proficiency in using CRM software and Google WorkspaceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to member satisfaction.Experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool is preferred.Familiarity with corporate sustainability is preferred.What We Offer
