Hospital Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Instill in the administration a feeling of complete trust, security and satisfaction through demonstrations of competence and willingness to serve.
• Seek to establish the highest possible public relations with customer.
• Carryout facility activities and safety programs enthusiastically.
• Ensure full implementation of procedures in the facility and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Standards.
• Coordinate the activities and functions of the services provided as appropriate such that consistent service is provided.
• Keep all equipment clean, labeled and in good condition.
• Encourage personal growth of all personnel responsible to the manager through periodic evaluation and review.
• Train all supervisory personnel in the use of Edgenta UEMS techniques and train all other personnel through supervisors.
• Maintain all controls - daily associate supervisory reports, weekly inspections, monthly joint review meetings, etc.
• Grow personally in job and conduct self ethically at all times to enhance Edgenta UEMS’s image.
• Take care of own and staff health and safety.
• Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions.
• Understand and follow the company's OSH policy.
• To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization.
• Perform any other duties that the Operations / Area Manager may delegate from time to time.
