Performance Management Intern

Penerangan pekerjaanPerformance Event Coordination : Assist in planning, preparing, and executing performance management events, including creating communication materials and coordinating logistics for smooth and successful launches. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with various stakeholders to manage performance improvement cases, ensuring thorough tracking, timely follow-ups, and case reviews as part of the Centre of Excellence. Administrative Support : Handle data entry, documentation, and reporting tasks to support the performance management team's daily operations. System Maintenance : Update and maintain performance management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Documentation and Reporting : Develop clear and consistent documentation to support performance processes and initiatives. Research and Analysis : Conduct research on best practices in performance management, providing insights and recommendations to improve existing processes. Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with performance management concepts and processes is an advantage. Enhance Stakeholder Management Skills : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive performance improvement and track impactful initiatives.
