What You Will Be Doing :

  • Property Sales : Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
  • Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
  • Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Min SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome. (Experience in Real Estate Sales is an advantage.)
  • Fluent in min 2 languages (Bahasa, English, Mandarin is a plus)
  • Strong Communication Skills and Comfortable to liaise / build solid relationship with the clients.
  • Computer Literates.
