    • What Do We Need You To Do

  • Meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Implement strategies to maximize market share in the horticultural sector.
  • Work towards increasing the average size of transactions through effective sales techniques.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to strategically analyze the market and competition.
  • Experience in increasing sales transaction size and volume.
