What You’ll Do

• To provide administration support to sales and service division on schedule goods receipts and delivery.
• To coordinate on logistic functions for both in-house and outsource delivery effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, customer orders and shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
• Issue delivery orders and invoice to customers.
• Provide support to sales department on registration of licence and permits.
• Work closely with internal departments (applications, service, logistics) to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to perform a variety of tasks are expected.
