Tip Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Customer Service & Logistic Executive to join our team. This full-time position is based in Kajang, Selangor and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and optimising our logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer queries and requests via phone, email and other communication channels
- Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Liaising with internal teams and external logistics providers to resolve any delivery issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, shipments and inventory levels
- Providing regular reports on logistics performance and customer service metrics
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or transport industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customersExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesProficiency in using relevant software and systems for order management and trackingA proactive and adaptable approach to continuously improve processes and proceduresWhat we offer
