Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all business operations, including B2C, B2B, and partner integrations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and market expansion.
- Manage and motivate cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, tech, and finance).
- Drive partnership growth with merchants, brands, and corporate clients across Southeast Asia.
- Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance and governance across markets, working closely with finance and legal teams.
- Lead product innovation initiatives to enhance user experience, retention, and monetization.
