Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall business operations in Malaysia, developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth, operational efficiency, and market share expansion.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders and sales excellence from the sales team.
- Maintain and improve strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality products and services on time.
- Build and lead cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, technical services, regulatory, and operations for performance excellence.
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and sustainability. Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasts.
- Work closely with the regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance for certifications, audits, and inspections.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions, including sales operations, customer service, and distribution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross‑functional teams and fostering a high‑performance culture.Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, with expertise in profit and loss management, business development, and operations.Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for medical devices, including local regulations and international certifications.Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Preferred Skills
Experience in market expansion in a distribution business.Proven track record in developing and executing sales and operational strategies to drive revenue.Knowledge of digital transformation or technology adoption in the healthcare sector.Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
