Responsibilities

LEGAL ASSISTANT-CONVEYANCING

Able to handle Sales and Purchase Agreement (SNP).

Able to prepare loan documents for Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank & others.

Able to prepare and be familiar with commercial / corporate financing documentation.

Able to work independently with a willingness to learn; and

Responsible and hardworking.

Able to complete tasks within the given timeline with minimum supervision.

LEGAL ASSISTANT - LITIGATION

Must be well versed with the basic law & procedure.

Good in legal research, critical thinking & time management.

Able to draft course papers and provide independent opinions.

Can manage and monitor progress of files to meet deadlines.

Determined, willing to work late and on weekends if required.

Able to handle multi-tasking and maintain high commitment to tasks.

Able to comply with instructions and handle pressure well.

Advising on relevant laws and addressing legal issues with clients.

LEGAL ASSISTANT - SYARIAH

Mahir dalam undang-undang syariah & prosedur.

Mahir dalam merangka kertas kausa dan pendapat dalam undang-undang.

Mempunyai pengurusan masa yang bagus.

Boleh menerima arahan dan mengendalikan kes dengan baik.

Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang minimum.

Qualifications and Requirements

LEGAL ASSISTANT-CONVEYANCING

Must have at least 3 to 4 years working experience in related field or fresh graduate.

With PC (Year 2025).

Able to handle files and attend to clients independently.

Able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsible and hardworking.

Possess the following character : Honestly, integrity, responsible, obedience to instructions, determined, hardworking and focused.

LEGAL ASSISTANT - LITIGATION

Must have at least 3 or 5 years and above working experience in General Litigation.

With PC (Year 2025).

Able to conduct trial cases independently.

Possess the following character : Honestly, integrity, responsible, obedience to instructions, determined, hardworking and focused.

Passionate about practice & able to take initiative, careful & meticulous to details, committed, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good oral & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

LEGAL ASSISTANT - SYARIAH

Mempunyai Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie Kuala Lumpur dan / atau Selangor.

Mempunyai pengalaman / tidak berpengalaman.
