Technical Operations Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanStrong Analytical Skills for data analysis and assessment Proficiency in Technical engineering terms, concepts and how products work Excellent Communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but related field or equivalent work experience is acceptable Experience in supply chain management or a related industry is a plus Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract optimization. Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with firm and client objectives. Analyze internal and client spend reports across multiple categories to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends. Conduct in-depth market research on supply base trends, emerging vendors, pricing benchmarks, and best-in-class procurement practices. Deliver competitive and supplier intelligence reports to support strategic decisions and client advisory. Monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical factors affecting sourcing strategies (e.g., commodity volatility, tariffs, supplier disruptions). Open to learning technical aspects of a product regardless of the industry. Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks to communicate sourcing strategies, spend analysis, and market insights to internal teams and client executives. Distill complex data into concise, insight-driven narratives tailored for C-level presentations. Uphold high standards in storytelling, structure, and slide design, including use of charts, infographics, and visual frameworks. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Operations Analyst located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Operations Analyst will be responsible for performing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis, supporting technical operations, and facilitating clear communication with team members and clients.
