Penerangan pekerjaanProcess supplier invoices and ensure timely payments, keeping track of accounts payable. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments. Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate balances. Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure that the company’s financial records are accurate. Investigate discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records. Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as monthly financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other ad-hoc financial analysis. Prepare supporting schedules for auditing purposes and liaise with auditors during the audit process. Maintain organized records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. Assist in preparing and filing financial documents and reports in compliance with local regulations and company policy. A degree / Diploma in Accounting, or related fields. On the job training will be provided. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Mid-Senior level Full-time Accounting / Auditing Accounting
