HR Generalist | Recruitment & Employee Relations | Phili-Orient Group of Companies
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :
- Attend to incoming / outgoing telephone calls.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting room are tidy and presentable.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Ensure all types of documents received are processed within 24 hours.
- Maintain office hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage monthly recurring order for stationery and pantry items.
- Prepare monthly reports for superior.
- Take charge of the filing system in the company.
- Carry out all other activities as assigned by HOD.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Candidates must possess at least an SPM or equivalent level of education.Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.Aggressive, self‑motivated and result‑oriented with a positive work attitude.Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Working Days : 5 days (Monday – Friday)
Working Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
