Microsoft Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years of technical engineering roles focusing on building AI related applications, Microsoft M365 Copilot, AI Platforms, Frameworks and APIs.
• Proven SME in Microsoft365 Platforms, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI and Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies with the ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring optimal performance, scalability and user experience.
• Hands‑on experience in managing and integrating AI solutions within enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshoot skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concept / information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing business relevant presentations and technical oriented writing is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations and governance bodies in different countries.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff on AI tools, platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations regarding data protection and privacy.
• Experience in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Highly organized with strong documentation skills and attention to details.
