About the role
WeTrade is seeking a visionary Creative Manager to lead and elevate all facets of our creative output. This includes setting the creative vision and ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery across all artwork, assets, and brand experiences — from 2D visuals and motion graphics to multimedia campaigns.
You’ll build and mentor a talented in‑house team (and external partners), oversee design and content production, and drive the creative strategy that brings our brand to life across multiple channels.
Your Mission
Drive the creative vision : Define, communicate, and execute WeTrade’s creative direction across branding, marketing, and product experiences.Oversee multi‑format design : Manage end‑to‑end creative output — including visual design, motion graphics, UI / UX animations, digital ads, video content, and storytelling assets.Campaign ideation & collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Product, and Management teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful creative campaigns that strengthen brand engagement and business growth.Brand management : Maintain and evolve WeTrade’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while adapting creatively to different channels.Lead & mentor : Guide a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators — providing direction, constructive feedback, and professional growth opportunities.Work with external partners : Manage collaborations with agencies, production houses, and freelancers to expand creative capacity when needed.Stay inspired : Keep a pulse on industry, design, and digital trends to ensure WeTrade’s visuals and campaigns remain fresh and ahead of the curve.What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Creative Lead / Director , Head of Creative , or Senior Art Director , ideally within tech, fintech or digital platforms.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high‑quality creative work across 2D, motion, and integrated campaigns.Deep understanding of brand development, storytelling, and visual communication.Hands‑on expertise in design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects or similar).Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) , to effectively collaborate across international teams and markets.Exceptional ability to present and sell ideas to stakeholders at all levels.Join our globally expanding company and grow with us as we continue to build a future of success, united by our core belief : In Trust We Succeed.
