Penerangan pekerjaanEducational background : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for the role. Relevant experience : 2-3 years in Branding, Sales, or Marketing, bringing valuable insights to drive brand growth. Language proficiency : Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders. Industry knowledge : Experience in the pet or FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds who are eager to learn. Technical skills : Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint, coupled with strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate brand strategies. What you'll be doing?
- Develop brand strategies : Create and implement innovative branding initiatives to drive growth for companion animal products.
- Manage marketing channels : Oversee social media, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze market trends : Monitor consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain market leadership.
- Deliver product training : Empower the sales team with product knowledge and assist in effective brand communication.
- Manage budgets and forecasts : Prepare sales projections and oversee marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
