Content Moderator (Contractor)

Knowledge of AI‑driven moderation tools or experience writing AI prompts for automation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Monitor and analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and improve moderation rules.
- Identify and promote high‑quality content to enhance community engagement and visibility.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience.
- Assist in improving the platform’s algorithm to optimize content quality and community interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance moderation workflows and implement AI‑driven solutions.
- Assist in writing AI prompts to improve automation efficiency in content moderation (preferred but not required).
