We are seeking an experienced and analytical Product and Market Manager to lead product planning initiatives by aligning market needs, customer insights, and business goals. This role plays a key part in guiding product development and portfolio decisions, ensuring cross‑functional coordination to deliver the right products at the right time for maximum market impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Propose product equipment levels, pricing, positioning, and volume targets based on market analysis.
- Manage product lifecycle and accessory planning using the PDCA method for continuous improvement.
- Oversee project timelines and risk management for new launches and special editions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate market research such as surveys and car clinics, and analyze customer insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product planning and pricing strategies.
- Mentor junior staff and support cross‑functional teamwork.
