Penerangan pekerjaan5+ years in F&B operations or restaurant management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations across multiple restaurants / outlets.
- Train, coach, and support restaurant managers and staff.
- Ensure quality control, service standards, and brand consistency.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and cost control measures.
Requirements :
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM7, RM12,000.00 per month
