We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Head Host to lead our hosting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing guest reception, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Job Description :

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the hosting team.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring exceptional first impressions.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate hosts / hostesses to maintain service standards.
• Resolve guest inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on guest experience and front-of-house performance.

Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
