  • Saturday : Evening, Morning, Afternoon
  • Sunday : Evening, Morning, Afternoon
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary : RM2,000 per month

Position : Front Desk Assistant

Salary Package : RM2000

Working Location : Nusa Bestari Johor Bahru

Company Background : Hotel

Working days : 6 days / week

Working Hours : 8 hours / shift (7AM - 3PM , 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM) Allowance & OT

Job Descriptions :

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Providing general administrative assistance, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc office duties as required

    • Requirements

    (regarding working experience / educational level / skills) :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using common office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
