Finance & Accounts Senior Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Accounts Assistant on daily works.
• Maintain cash flow reports.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents and bankers.
• Prepare Monthly Management Report.
• Plan and manage HDA withdrawals.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecast and projection.
• Reconcile GL Module (Financial Accounting) with AR module in Property Development Systems.
• Verify contractors’ and consultants’ claims, as well as suppliers’ invoices.
• Plan and prepare payments to creditors on regular basis within HDA guidelines.
• Plan and liaise with the external auditor on year-end financial audit;
• Assist with Ad-Hoc works as instructed.
