Company Background :

We are representing our well-known client - a Chinesefine dining restaurantin search of a dynamic candidate for the position of Banquet Manager , to be based in Kajang, Selangor.

Job Description :

Plan the complete layout and setup for events from start to finish.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers providing services for the event, as a Banquet Sales Executive.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, including the Assistant Banquet Manager, ensuring the event runs smoothly according to the plans.

Oversee décor, layouts, and placements, focusing on elements that enhance the venue's appearance and atmosphere.

Address special requests and inquiries from guests.

Job Requirements :

Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively

3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management.

Strong leadership skills to assign roles, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.

Excellent attention to detail in décor, layout, and quality to meet luxury standard.

Willing to work in Kajang, Selangor.
