EXPERIENCE CENTER TEAM LEAD
Reporting to : Supervisor, Experience Center
Job Responsibilities :
- Handles distributors' enquiries & orders processing
- Assist to oversee daily operations of Distributor Center
- Assist to maintain general upkeep of Distributor Center
- Assist and train team members
- Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in any disciplineAt least 3 years of experience in Customer ServiceIndependent with good problem-solving skillsExperience in handling call center would be an advantageGood command of English, both written and oral
