EXPERIENCE CENTER TEAM LEAD

Reporting to : Supervisor, Experience Center

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handles distributors' enquiries & orders processing
  • Assist to oversee daily operations of Distributor Center
  • Assist to maintain general upkeep of Distributor Center
  • Assist and train team members
  • Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Independent with good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling call center would be an advantage
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
