Penerangan pekerjaanHead of Product, Head of Digital Content, Campaigns & Creative Design, Head of Business Development, Head of PR & Corporate Comms, Quality Team, Supply Chain and Operations High talent with leadership potential, graduate calibre Strong core leadership competencies Significant and relevant professional experience within Nutrition / Home Care product Multi-level marketing with International scope At least 5 years previous product experience preferred from the Nutrition / Home care category High levels of creativity and ideally innovation experience A digital native, in touch with the world of start up A real focus on execution and delivery Proven track‑record of delivering projects with positive results Understanding of the product development and / or stage gate process - including concept & sensory testing, quality and regulatory and product registration Management of large internal stakeholder groups A strong and proven project manager Experience in bringing teams together and leading them toward a shared goal Ability to deliver a clear message and ask of your audience (internal / agencies) Experience of driving a strategic planning process. Proven budget management, presentation and communication skills. Willing to travel (moderate : every 2 months) Ability to inspire others and deal with change Creative and fast paced, with a solution mind‑set. Resilient in the face of set back Leads the innovation agenda / thought leadership
About the job Product Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Championing the category and product vision / purpose
- Manage the in-year delivery of the plan, ensuring the portfolio achieves pre-agreed objectives
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch
- Lead & develop the innovation pipeline for the next 3 years
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful & current (non-sellable) products
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Work with Regional / Local teams for the local product sourcing & launch, integrating them into global assortments.
- Manage costings, simulations, commercial feasibility and work towards increasing gross profits of the category managed.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and teams to ensure timely and within-budget product launches.
- Create and police critical paths for all activities within development.
- Oversee the registration of products with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies across different markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
