Executive, Sales Support

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, Banking & Finance, Commerce or any discipline. At least 1 year of working experience in marketing of ICT equipment. Knowledge of ICT equipment market trend will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Able to converse well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Competitive incentive schemes and fixed allowances. Responsibilities :
- To handle administrative tasks related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment leasing, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- To manage entire leasing lifecycle including new lease documentation, disposal, renewals and termination.
- To ensure accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, renewals and related documents.
- To serve as a point of contact for communication between lessees and other stakeholders (e.g., vendors, finance / collection team). To ensure customer's request / issue (internal / external) is attended and resolved effectively.
- To prepare assets and incident report timely and other relevant reports.
- To assist in procurement of ICT equipment for leasing purposes.
- To coordinate with various departments such as finance, collection & IT to address lessee / tenant-related matters.
- To address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the leasing process.
