Accounts & Procurement Assistant

Penerangan pekerjaanPerform daily data entry into the accounting system. Assist in preparing payment vouchers and processing supplier payments. Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Key in sales invoices into the e-invoice portal and ensure timely submission. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin - Mostly Mandarin speaking suppliers. Open for fresh graduates. Working hours from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday. Purchasing Duties
- Assist in sourcing, purchasing goods and services based on company requirements and inventory.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Managed inventory records, monitored stock levels, and supported urgent material needs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments on stock levels and urgent material needs.
- Key in e-invoice-related documents and assist with the e-invoicing process as required.
