Job Description

Job Summary : We are building a high-performing team to lead Juniper’s Inventory Center of Excellence (ICOE) in Asia. The ICOE is responsible for developing and implementing tools and processes that optimize inventory levels, ensuring a strategic balance between cost efficiency and service excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage key inventory-related activities. This role will support outsourced warehouse operations, excess material disposition, procurement, and continuous improvement of inventory processes across our contract manufacturers (CMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate excess material sales with brokers, outsourced warehouses, and the Finance team.
• Manage procurement activities including purchase order (PO) creation, maintenance, payment resolution, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor and improve inventory processes at CMs / ODMs to ensure effective consumption of Juniper-owned inventory.
• Execute timely and accurate SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy :
