Production Quality Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct root cause analysis on quality issues and drive corrective / preventive actions. Support the development of quality SOPs and ensure team adherence. Prepare regular reports on quality performance and process efficiency. Recommend data-driven improvements and assist in their implementation. Support training sessions to upskill staff on new procedures and quality standards. Ensure documentation and records are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements. Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or production process roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Flow Management
Analyse current production workflows and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined process flows to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
Quality Control & Assurance
Monitor product quality across all production stages and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Data Monitoring & Reporting
Collect and analyse production data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance, and Production Quality teams to align quality objectives.
Audit & Compliance
Assist in internal and external quality audits.
