Production Executive

The Role

As a Production Executive at UNIVERSAL SCW (M) SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure we meet our customer demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to optimise workflow and maximise productivity
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency
• Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources
• Oversee the work of production teams and provide guidance and support as needed
• Analyse production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and maintain open communication
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
