Description
- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of relevant HR initiatives and action plans, in addition to overseeing and managing day-to-day HR processes including, but not limited to, employee relations, new hire onboarding, separations, HRIS administration, benefits program administration, and more. The role will be the point person to lead and advise in matters relating to human resources, employment law, industry practices, and workplace rights, and will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources based in our US corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities :
Oversee general HR and Staffing functions in Malaysia.Provide expertise and knowledge in the statutory and industry practices / standardsDemonstrate experience in all employee life cycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and succession planningParticipate in the development and implementation of international policies and proceduresProvide support to the group compliance audit and its related activitiesRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent experience.A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Human Resources ManagerExcellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations, labor law and compliance in both countriesExperience supporting HR infrastructure, programs, and processesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishExperience working in the technology industry / multinational organization preferredSeniority level
