Microsoft Modern Work Channel Account Manager

As our new Channel Account Manager , you will be primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and winning Modern Workplace Services engagements. This role combines lead generation, conversation, engagement, and closure, as well as strategic account management and development, with a focus on upselling and cross‑selling in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach and lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and target lists.
• Strategic account management : build relationships with existing accounts, identify Modern Workplace service leads, qualify leads (BANT), convert them into sales opportunities, and manage the process to closure.
• Create and own sales proposals for Modern Workplace engagements while assisting KAMs / PAMs with their service sales engagements in their accounts.
• Establish yourself as the Crayon Modern Workplace Sales Champion, responsible for leading all Modern Workplace sales opportunities for Crayon customers and partners.
• Provide weekly CRM updates, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date, while managing and reporting a clear and reliable monthly forecast.
