To service and manage assigned Key Accounts (Modern Trade) by driving business growth in order to achieve company's sales target & business goals.
Responsibilities
Strategize & identify the growth levers for each & every Key Account (Modern Trade) in order to achieve sales target & business goals.
Implement and execute Sales Plan & Trade Marketing initiatives.
Engage and develop strong relationship with all assigned key customers to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction.
Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.)
Manage and monitor DSO to ensure collection is completed in less than 60 days to achieve group target.
Collaborate with inter department to ensure effective & efficient operation as well as supply chain process.
Perform market survey and market intelligence, analyze and report to the management.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
Degree holder of any business discipline
Possess more than 7 years working experiences in Modern Trade.
