As our new Channel Account Manager , you will be primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and winning Modern Workplace Services engagements. This role combines lead generation, conversation, engagement, and closure, as well as strategic account management and development, with a focus on upselling and cross‑selling in existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach and lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and target lists.
- Strategic account management : build relationships with existing accounts, identify Modern Workplace service leads, qualify leads (BANT), convert them into sales opportunities, and manage the process to closure.
- Create and own sales proposals for Modern Workplace engagements while assisting KAMs / PAMs with their service sales engagements in their accounts.
- Establish yourself as the Crayon Modern Workplace Sales Champion, responsible for leading all Modern Workplace sales opportunities for Crayon customers and partners.
- Provide weekly CRM updates, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date, while managing and reporting a clear and reliable monthly forecast.
Qualifications
4+ years of sales and business development experience, including 2+ years as a Modern Workplace Sales Specialist.Proven track record of consistent, long‑term quota attainment.Expert knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, Copilot, Power Platform, and other modern workplace technologies.Experience with BANT qualification, value selling, and solution selling.Knowledge of compliance principles, data protection, and backup solutions is an advantage.Competitive Offer
