We're Hiring : Japanese Customer Support Executive!

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Japanese clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

Role : Japanese Customer Support Executive

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer insights
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Native Japanese who are currently in Malaysia or interested in relocating to Malaysia; English proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in Customer Service or Support Roles preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
