Support regional HR activities focusing on employee onboarding, employee engagement, company compliance and labour law, and safety and health. Prospect and engage stakeholders to understand onboarding needs and ensure a smooth new-hire experience. Develop and maintain HR processes aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and workplace safety programs. Qualifications
