Key Responsibilities

Retail Outlet Operations

  • Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth running of outlets.
  • Monitor sales reports, store KPIs, and assist in achieving sales targets.
  • Support store managers with manpower planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate stock flow between warehouse and retail outlets; ensure stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular store visits to review retail standards, merchandising compliance, staff grooming, and customer service quality.
  • Report and follow up on operational issues such as maintenance, IT systems, or fixtures.

Events & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate event setup, logistics, and manpower for exhibitions, roadshows, tournaments, and brand activations.
  • Ensure event booths / outlets follow VM guidelines and brand presentation standards.
  • Assist in inventory preparation for events (pricing, tagging, and stock movement).
  • Provide on-site support including cashiering, customer service, and operations supervision.
  • Liaise with marketing team to ensure campaigns and promotions are executed smoothly across events and retail outlets.
  • Track and report on event sales performance and customer feedback.

    • Training & Communication

  • Act as the key communication channel between HQ and frontline teams (retail staff and event crew).
  • Assist in onboarding and training new retail and event staff on SOPs, cashiering systems, and customer service.
  • Ensure consistent communication of promotions, launches, and operational updates.
