Lead Sales Representative – Aerospace
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Leader, BGA APAC, this role drives sales growth for the full portfolio of Honeywell Aerospace products across Business and General Aviation OEM dealers and operators in APAC, focusing on Southeast Asia & Pacific.
Key goals include meeting the annual operating plan (AOP) targets, ensuring customers understand the full portfolio, and delivering profitable growth in revenue and margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope the entire Honeywell Aerospace product portfolio into Business and General Aviation market segments and adjacent market development.
- Drive sales execution directly and via channel strategy for current key offerings, including retrofit modification, upgrades, used materials sale, and identifying new product leads for industrial applications.
- Leverage functional teams to accelerate sales wins and market expansion; collaborate with ASM / CBM / CSM and other stakeholders regionally and out of region.
- Develop an extensive network of contacts – customers, partners, influencers and internal Honeywell teams across APAC.
- Collaborate on MOS refinement with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustained momentum.
- Provide concise leadership reports with detailed action plans and timelines.
- Meet / exceed AOP, including linearity and quarterly metrics.
- Lead operator outreach and ensure key sales program execution.
- Work closely with Customer and Product Support, Aftermarket CBT leadership to simplify business for customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Excellence for Salesforce.com inputs, deal approvals, and sales training; manage pipeline.
- Understand Honeywell processes : HOS, HUE, VPD, NPI, and Flawless Launch.
- Contribute to AOP, SRO, and STRAP planning.
- Grasp new concepts, products, and business models and execute.
Key Experience & Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree (industry equivalent).Minimum 5 years of business development / support experience, preferably in Business Aviation; knowledge of product and sales skills.Strong business acumen and excellent verbal & written communication.In‑depth knowledge of Honeywell product portfolio and value propositions.Competitor knowledge.Exposure to MRO sales, Aircraft Management, OEM exposure preferred.Preferably based in Malaysia.Who We Are
