Senior Account Director

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing integrated marketing agency delivering award-winning campaigns for leading global and local brands. They specialize in ATL, BTL, and Digital, and are expanding their team. They are seeking experienced Account Directors (AD) and Senior Account Directors (SAD) to lead high-profile integrated marketing campaigns across multiple industries and markets. Responsibilities

Lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. Manage day-to-day client relationships while providing strategic guidance and direction. Oversee project management including budgeting, timelines, and production oversight. Lead pitches and build compelling solutions for new business opportunities. Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support for team members. Maintain cost efficiencies through strong financial and budget management. Prepare and manage timelines to ensure seamless execution of projects. Qualifications

University degree or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of agency-side experience, with 10+ years of total professional experience (SAD at the higher range). Passion for creative excellence and results-driven marketing solutions. Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced environments. Business-fluent in English; Malay language proficiency is an advantage. Willingness to travel when required. Professional references required as part of screening. Employment details
