The
Deal Acceleration Specialist (DAS)
is a partner-facing role responsible for managing the pipeline of qualified opportunities generated by our Tele Sales team The DAS ensures seamless handover of opportunities to partners and supports them through deal closure, maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
The DAS does
not
manage partners directly, engage with customers, or provide technical enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
- Own and manage qualified opportunities post-handoff from tele engine until closure.
- Ensure timely progression of deals
- Track and report pipeline metrics including coverage, attainment, and deal status.
Partner Coordination
Connect customer opportunities to the appropriate partners.Support partners with program offerings, incentives, and deal acceleration tools.Collaborate with Partner Sales Specialists (PSS) and other stakeholders to ensure deal momentum.Work out partner escalations in a proactive manner, providing guidance and engagingReview inbound partner referrals and opportunities, ensuring proper logging, qualification,Program Utilization
Extend partner-led programs and offers to customers.Ensure correct nomination and eligibility for Client -led and partner-led programs.Monitor and optimize program usage to maximize deal impact.Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain hygiene by reviewing and updating records for all active opportunities, ensuring data consistency across regions and sales motionsEngage partners on Co-Sell referrals, track their progress within the sales sequence, and conduct follow-up to increase partner referral acceptanceEnsure Top Deals are assigned by partner and Solution Area to the appropriate PSS Validate committed deals and forecast alignment with regional targets.Participate in weekly business reviews (WBRs) and leadership syncs.Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and sales motions.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Analytical mindset with attention to detail in pipeline tracking.Experience in cloud and AI platform deals is a plus.Certifications Preferred

Microsoft Certified : Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900) : Provides a foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and concepts.Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) : Demonstrates foundational knowledge of cloud services and how they are provided with Microsoft Azure.Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM; MB-910) : Validates an understanding of the Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps.Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) : Showcases knowledge of security, compliance, and identity concepts and solutions.Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) : Introduces the AI workloads and helps create a basic foundation of AI concepts and how they apply to Azure.
