Job Responsibilities :
Assist to coordinate and manage the office administration
Assist HR matter; i.e. hiring process, on-boarding process, training and development process, exit process
Assist on office supplies and inventory
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirement :
Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource / Administration
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets;
Good command in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Positive attitude, able to work in a fast pace work environment, handle pressure and ensure task completion timely.
One internship position for a duration of 6-12 months
