Sales Coordinator

Electa Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and coordinating the sales process to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and payments.

Coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order processing.

Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation.

Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance.

Ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the sales department.

Perform other administrative or coordination duties assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude.
