Key Responsibilities :

• To operate CNC Machining programs and process in accordance with drawing and specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities as scheduled to ensure equipment reliability.
• Inspect finished products and promptly report any quality issues to the team leader or supervisor.
• Accurately complete production documentation in a timely manner.
• To maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to 5S practices and safety protocols.
• To ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition prior to and during machining operations.
• Carry out additional duties and assignments as instructed by superiors
• To assess production capacity to prioritize tasks and manage job urgency effectively.
• To comply with all ISO Standards, safety guidelines, SOPs, work instructions, and company policies.
• To operate various machines including CNC, turning and manual machining equipment.
