Are you a detail-oriented and safety-focused professional with a passion for optimizing maintenance operations in offshore environments?

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This critical role is responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies that ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of offshore installations in Malaysian waters.

Your Impact

As a key contributor to our offshore operations, you will :

• Lead the development and implementation of structured maintenance programs including Preventive, Corrective, Condition-Based, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., PPGUA, DOSH, OSRMS) and internal HSE policies.
• Manage maintenance data and job cards in SAP-CMMS, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support contractor management, from selection and negotiation to performance monitoring.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, MTTR, and budget adherence.
• Compile monthly and quarterly reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to succession planning and team development.
