Building Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency situations to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues , ensuring all systems operate safely and effectively.
• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems , ensuring energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, materials used, and inventory levels for effective reporting and planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards , promoting a safe working environment for staff and occupants.
• Support facility setups for company functions, tenant events, and space modifications , ensuring all logistical and technical needs are met.
• Coordinate and oversee third‑party contractors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
