Responsibilities

• The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the following :
• Group Consolidation & Reporting

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Oversee financial operations of subsidiaries to ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (Malaysia, Singapore, and future Thailand).

Prepare monthly closing, forecasts, and annual budgets for holding and dormant companies.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, regulators, and banks to ensure smooth statutory and regulatory compliance.

Prepare consolidated audited financial statements for holding companies.
