Analyzing and reporting of financial results of R&S businesses. Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting. Analyzing costs, capital expenditures, and operational expenses, and providing insights on budget variances for various businesses. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to align financial plans with the company's strategic goals. Monitor and report on key financial metrics against budgets and forecasts. Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and producing management reports. Assisting in month-end, quarter-end financial and year-end reporting activities. Be the go-to person for new report generation. Create new reports and maintain existing Excel reports for business performance reporting. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements. Assist in implementing compliance programs such as monitoring adherence, audit processes, addressing concerns and risk management. Other duties as assigned by the Superior. Qualifications

Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, etc.) or degree from a recognized university in Finance and Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and managing accounts closing procedures. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Excellent skills in Excel. Prior experience with Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI is a must. Knowledge in SAP FICO is an added advantage. Good attention to detail and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both finance and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsible, self-driven and independent. Our Offer
