Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate WIP (Work-in-Progress) accounting and effective cost control measures are in place.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk assessments related to construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to optimize financial performance and project outcomes.
• Lead financial audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
